cassieann_69My therapist has talked me into not weighing everyday.
Which I was actually able to do.
Then she talked me into actaully putting my scales away in the closet.
Lately I've noticed my jeans fitting tighter.
So I got out the scales and weighed.
Now I'm sad....nuff said:(
