Geoff has been out of town and I've had my little guy for a week.
He just left and I swear I could feel his energy leave this house.
Family really does make a house a home.
So what is it now that I'm alone again?
I cannot stop these tears.
So I log on to my computer to my lj family.
Thank you for always being here.
Without you idk where I'd be.

I'm sorry you are lonely. I know its hard to be alone in an empty house. Have you ever thought of getting a dog or something? I was very surprised by how much I fell in love with my dog, I had never been a dog person before. But anytime I am sick or lonely, he will come and lay in my bed with me, right on my pillow sometimes (he is a chiweenie, which is a chihuahua mixed with a dachsund, he weighs seventeen pounds). I have sometimes felt desperately sick or lonely and it helped so much just to lay there with my head next to him .

I do have a dog.
"Gracie" is her name and she is my little saviour as far as being alone. I don't know what I'd do without her.
She is a Jack-Chi / a chihuahua mixed with a Jack Russel and about 9 lbs. (see user pic.)
So when I said I was "alone" I guess I didn't really mean it...ya know. She really does help so very much. Just like your little guy she is always here for me:)
